Mission Statement

The SEARCH ministry starts with a three day event that introduces candidates to the unconditional love of Jesus Christ, and the meaning of discipleship. The purpose of the ministry is to provide candidates with the tools, support, fellowship, prayer and love that they need to make their relationship with Jesus extend beyond the three-day retreat and into their everyday lives. As members of this Ministry we encourage candidates to behave in ways that strengthen their relationship with Jesus, and keep them connected in Christian fellowship.

We encourage church attendance and participation. Worship services praise God, and keep us spiritually nourished. Participation in church activities keeps us connected to other Christians. We openly pray with and for one another. Payer is a direct connection to God, and it strengthens our relationship with Him.

We participate in Christian fellowship that allows us to find comfort in one another and the love of Jesus Christ. We study the scriptures. The Bible serves as our guide to everyday life. We can find answers to questions, learn more about Jesus, and find comfort in the scriptures. We live our lives in the spirit of AGAPE. We love one another, and others in our lives the way Jesus has taught us.

We laugh together, cry together, work together, play together, all in the name and spirit of Jesus Christ.
